Spring was short and sweet. The anticipation of summer can spoil spring but this year we made the best of it. Finished the kiwi trellis, welcomed new chicks, chased bees, played in the rain. This life can be so damn beautiful sometimes.

Typically, winter is quiet on the farm but we stay busy. The last couple of months have been filled with rehabbing a duck, making incense from leftover herbs, making sourdough, fermenting garlic, working on puzzles, quietly visiting my bees, and perfecting our chai recipe (more about that, coming soon). We can’t wait for spring, it’s definitely on its way. 💚
